All students are invited to participate in an online meditation session focused on fostering connection and community. Our goal is to nurture a sense of embodied presence, and to encourage self-awareness and attunement to our physical and emotional well-being during times of uncertainty.

TMU is committed to building a stronger, more inclusive community that thrives – even in the face of global challenges. This event is organized by the Centre for Student Development and Counselling (CSDC) in partnership with the Office of the Vice-President, Equity and Community Inclusion (OVPECI) and the Community Building Working Group. The working group aims to take a multi-pronged approach to foster an environment that prioritizes community well-being, belonging and respectful dialogue.

Live captioning and ASL will be provided

The university is committed to the accessibility and inclusion of persons with disabilities. If you require any additional accessibility accommodations to ensure your full participation, please let us know in the registration form (external link) .
