Education
In order to help address the projected shortage of workers in the electricity industry and in response to the growing demands of the sector for workers with advanced technical and analytical skill sets, CUE has developed a suite of educational programs and professional development opportunities.
Our professional master's course, workshops and seminar series are tailored to those already in the energy industry looking to advance into management or leadership roles or those hoping to break into the industry. They are always innovative, career-oriented, future-focused and led by high-calibre experienced industry instructors.
Currently, we offer a part-time Professional Master's Diploma in Energy and Innovation program.
Filling the void

This is the equivalent of 20 per cent of the current workforce (86 per cent of these will be required to replace retiring employees and 14 per cent to meet expansion demand).
- According to a report by Clean Energy Canada (external link) , 160,000 new jobs will be created in clean energy alone over the next decade.
