Disclosure

You do not need to disclose the following details in your resume,  cover letter or interview:

• Your race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion
• Your height, weight, age, etc.
• Medical issues
• Your marital status, dependents, children
• Do not include a picture of yourself
• Your Facebook or Twitter passwords (you also do not need to add a prospective employer to your social media accounts)
• Do not provide references until asked
