Black Faculty & Staff Community Network
TMU's Black Employee Community Network's mandate is to foster mutual support for members. Through mentorship and networking, they work to provide an organized support system that will enhance the academic mission and cultural diversity at the university.
Harvest Collective and Learning Circle
The Harvest Collective and Learning Circle is a Black Food Sovereignty initiative at the Urban Farm. Launched in 2021, the Harvest Collective and Learning Circle aims to engage Black students, faculty, staff and the broader community through the sharing of food, from farm to table.

CAFCAN is a registered charitable organization whose primary focus is on building and strengthening the service framework for African Canadian children, youth and families through culturally safe individual and group counselling supports, case management services, employment services, youth mentorship, and youth outreach programs.

Deeply Rooted is a Black and Indigenous Farmers Market advocating for Food Sovereignty in Canada. The market also generates and circulates money within Black and Indigenous communities to combat the injustices within the food industry.
