Production Management for Performance

This advanced course explores the role of the production manager in live performance. Students will learn about the duties, responsibilities, methods, and procedures involved in organising, planning, scheduling, costing, budgeting, and managing all production components. The course covers staff supervision and management techniques, as well as strategies for effective communication and collaboration. Through case studies and practical exercises, students will gain the skills necessary to successfully oversee the production process from concept to realisation.
