Incentive Marketing
This course provides a behind-the-scenes look into creating internal motivational programs that benefit companies, their employees and their customers. Students will learn how to effectively engage and motivate employees to become more productive in order to earn travel and other rewards. Assignments are based on industry-related scenarios where students design incentive programs for sales and marketing purposes.
