Intrapreneurship, Spinouts and Innovation

This course focuses on issues relating to the decision to pursue new ventures inside or outside of an existing organization. It is for future managers who will face the prospects of dealing with internal corporate ventures and spinouts (new ventures created by former employees of existing incumbents) and for employees who wish to become entrepreneurs.
