Madness and Childhood
Explore key issues arising from child and youth madness in theories, practices, policies, and interventions. Analysis will proceed from mad studies, a critical
approach to scholarship and political action built out of the critique of psy-based
disciplines. Critically engage with the impacts of psychiatrizing childhoods as a
provocation to think, practice, and research the experiences of childhood madness
differently.
