Public Sector Leadership
This course examines the particularities of leading in the public service at all levels. Topics include executive leadership, mid-level leadership, relations with politicians, accountability, answerability, ethics and responsibilities. Focused on the Canadian experience, the course will scrutinize the experience of other jurisdictions. This is the final course in the PAL Certificate. Undergraduates should only attempt this course upon completion of 7/11 program courses at Level 3.
