Fashion Project Management
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of project management, and the tools and techniques used to successfully execute projects of different types and sizes within the fashion industry. Topics covered include planning, scheduling, and estimating; decision making and approval processes; quality control systems; resources and personnel selection and allocation, and post-project evaluation. Assessment is comprised of individual and group projects and includes the development of a management plan for a fashion event or fashion product. Lecture Format.
