International Perspectives
This course provides a critical analysis of international developments in criminal
justice. We consider various models of criminal justice and its administration across
jurisdictions. An important component of this course will be the consideration of national security internationally, specifically anti-terrorism regimes. We will study the logics that inform these regimes and their social impact.
