Diversity: Creative Work
Students from a range of disciplines analyze the problems of lack of equity and diversity in creative fields and then examine best practices and propose solutions to create inclusion. While the creative industries are a growing sector of the economy, women and visible minorities remain underrepresented and underpaid in creative work. How can we best foster the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the creative industries across gender, sexuality, race, and class?
