Introductory Management Accounting

Management accounting focuses on analyzing, interpreting and communicating financial information to internal users. Using managerial accounting, managers within an organization are able to make well-informed and future oriented business decisions such as how to control costs and maximize profit. In this course you will be introduced to a variety of management accounting tools, such as budgeting, which are used to plan for future operations and evaluate past performance.
