Lodging Management Foundation
This course offers an introduction to the fundamentals of lodging industry management. Students will become familiar with the accommodation industry and also with the organizational structure of hotels. The management of the front office housekeeping, security, and key aspects of facility management will be discussed. The students will be familiarized with the key metrics of room
statistics and hotel performance measurement.
