Economics Minor

Economics

The objective of the Minor is to offer students a coherent group of courses in the discipline of Economics. It will enable students from different professional programs to pursue Economics as a related area of study, and it will give both greater breadth and depth to the program of studies of those who choose it. The Minor will provide formal recognition to those students who complete its requirements.

Exclusions: This minor is not available to students in the following programs:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Business Management) - Economics and Management Science Major, regular and co-op.
  • Bachelor of Arts (International Economics and Finance)
  • Bachelor of Science (Mathematics and Its Applications) - Economics Option.


To receive this Minor, students must complete six (6) courses from the following curriculum:
