CMOS Mixed-Mode Circuits and Systems
This course deals with the design of CMOS mixed-mode circuits and systems. Key topics include switching noise, analog and digital grounding, electrostatic discharge protection, clock and power distribution, fundamentals of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), Nyquist ADCs including flash, pipelined and successive approximation ADCs, introduction to switched-capacitor networks, over-sampling ADCs, dynamic element matching, time-mode ADCs, and decimation filters.
