Jamie Campbell

Jamie Campbell began his career in 1987 at CBC Sports and then spent four years with CBC Edmonton before signing on with CJOH Ottawa in 1997. A member of the Sportsnet broadcast team since the network’s inaugural season in 1998, he currently hosts Blue Jays Central, the national Blue Jays pre-game and post-game show. Prior to assuming the hosting responsibilities for one of Sportsnet’s most popular shows, Campbell acted as the play-by-play announcer for the Toronto Blue Jays from 2005 to 2009. In addition to his work in professional sports, including extensive Sportsnet football and baseball coverage, Campbell has been part of the network’s  coverage of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games and the London 2012 Olympic Games.
