Roberta Iannacito-Provenzano is the Provost and Vice-President, Academic and Full Professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures. 

An accomplished scholar and academic leader, Roberta has extensive experience in academic labour relations and has played a crucial role in advocating for equitable hiring policies and programs. Her belief in open communication, collegiality and collaboration is demonstrated through her commitment to professional development and accommodation.

Roberta holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University and Labour Relations Certificate from TMU/Lancaster House. She is fluent in English, French and Italian.
