Stephanie Griffin
Stephanie Griffin has worked with children, youth and families for 19 years, primarily in frontline service with street-involved youth and as a youth community developer. She is a graduate of the School of Child and Youth Care. She has an master of education in Adult Learning and Global Change from the University of British Columbia, and a PhD in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria.
Griffin's research interests currently lie in street-involved youth, the influence of space and place on behaviour and identity, and grounded theory.
She is the course developer and instructor for CYC 805: Special Topics: Program Development and also teaches CYC48a/b: Independent Study. She is also a faculty member in the Child and Youth Worker program at Algonquin College.
