For the past 18 years, Anne Black has been a professor in the Child and Youth Worker Program at George Brown College in Toronto and for the last eight years, she has been cordinator of that program. Since 2003, she has been a part-time instructor in the School of Child and Youth Care. Black teaches CYC 702: Ecological Approaches to Child and Youth Care Practice. In her many years of practice as a child and youth worker, she has been employed by several well-known children's mental health and child welfare organizations in the Greater Toronto area, working with children, youth and families experiencing a broad range of social, emotional and developmental difficulties.
