
Ruth Mojeed Ramirez
Ruth Mojeed Ramirez is the Chief Equity Officer of The Inclusion Project and curator of the Employment Equity Co-Lab. She combines extensive research, lived experience and innovative insights to manage systemic change, and to foster dialogue and engagement on solutions design and action for complex and intersectional issues of decolonization and Accessibility, Racial Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (AREDI+). She is host of the Open Canada podcast which focuses on putting people at the heart of global affairs and exploring how Canada’s democracy should engage in today’s world. She is a director on the national board of the Canadian International Council where she leads efforts on inclusive policy development. She is a director on the Board of Governors at Camosun College, and at the Board of Excellence Canada. She also serves in many advisory roles, including with the Canadian Armed Forces and Vancouver Foundation’s Community and Granting Initiatives Committee, among others. She is Dialogue Associate at Simon Fraser University’s Centre for Dialogue.
