Citizenship Experiences Project

Towards Improving Equality and Engagement: The Citizenship Experiences of South Asian and Chinese Women in Toronto is a multi-year collaborative research study by researchers from Ryerson University and the University of Toronto.  With the goal of understanding and fostering inclusive citizenship in Canada, this study employs an intersectionality perspective to explore the citizenship experiences of naturalized South Asian- and Chinese-Canadian women citizens over the age of 25 living in the Greater Toronto Area.
