Grading with D2L Brightspace Rubrics

About this event:

This workshop is a demonstration of how to use the D2L Brightspace Rubrics tool to simplify online assessment of Assignments and Discussion topics, as well as how to use Brightspace Rubrics directly in Grades.

Rubrics can help instructors to:

- Set clear expectations and assessment criteria for students

- Standardise assessment among multiple Instructors, TAs, Graders

- Provide useful, relevant feedback to students

- Understand overall class performance/comprehension via Rubric Statistics

This workshop assumes basic familiarity with the most commonly used Brightspace tools, such as Assignments, Content, and Grades.
