About the Blending for Flexibility Workshop Series

The Blended Learning Lab is pleased to present a friendly, interactive workshop series for faculty and instructors interested in learning more about blended learning models and strategies.

After more than a year of remote teaching, it is a good time to consider which approaches can be preserved and which new strategies can be incorporated into courses moving forward. This can be an opportunity to provide you and your students with more flexibility in terms of scheduling, learning activities, and assessments. Join us as we explore how your students can connect to course content, you, and their peers across a variety of learning spaces by applying principles of blended learning.

Future sessions include:

  • Paths to assessment for blended learning delivery
  • Community building for blended courses
  • Encouraging active learning in blended courses

Please note: This event is presented by the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching. Facilitators will notified participants at the start of the event if the session is being recorded. Recorded workshops will be made available publicly on the Remote Teaching Hub. The Zoom or Google Meet information will be provided to registrants the morning of the workshop and registration for our events close 24 hours in advance. If registration is closed, please email us for support: teachingcentre@torontomu.ca
