Update your White Pages listings in the TMU Directory application starting December 2

On November 29, 2024, the TMU Directory application will be upgraded to include the TMU White Pages. Following the upgrade, your faculty or department’s Green Pages and White Pages listing updates can both be made within the TMU Directory application.
Apply updates to Green Pages in lieu of White Pages
Between now and November 29, we encourage you to make any changes to your area’s Green or White Pages listings only in your Green Pages on the TMU Directory application. This will prevent duplication of your efforts after November 29 as the initial version of the consolidated TMU Directory will derive information only from your existing Green Pages details.
Please note that to facilitate the upgrade, the Google Doc you currently use for your area’s White Pages updates will be permanently closed to changes as of November 29 at 12 a.m.
Verify your area’s White Pages details the week of December 2
Once the former Green and White Pages are consolidated, you will receive a CCS email with guidance on how to review your new TMU Directory listings.
You may wish to set aside time to review your listings between December 2 and 6 as daily directory content publishing will pause during this time, and will resume on December 9.
