An in-depth exploration of tour and company management in not-for-profit and commercial sectors, with a focus on Canadian and international markets. Students will learn about financial and contractual aspects of touring, strategies for identifying potential markets, booking tours, and working with government granting agencies. The course covers practical aspects of organising and implementing tours, including logistics, travel arrangements, and personnel management. Students will gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of managing touring productions.
