Arts and Cultural Management

This course introduces students to the fundamental principles and practices of managing arts and cultural organisations. Through case studies and industry guest speakers, students will explore topics such as strategic planning, fundraising, audience development, marketing, and communications. The course emphasises the unique challenges faced by non-profit arts institutions and provides students with a behind-the-scenes understanding of how successful productions and cultural events are realised.
