Intimacy for Stage and Screen
This course introduces the tools needed for aspiring professionals in the performing arts to navigate any situation on stage or screen that involves nudity, simulated sex, or other types of intimate content. Students begin to identify moments of intimacy through script analysis, use consent practices in process, and apply boundaries. Union rights will be discussed along with insider secrets about intimacy work. All students will have the opportunity to apply consent tools through in-class assignments.
