Independent Sociological Analysis
In this independent project, students will develop their social research skills under the guidance of a faculty supervisor. Students will "learn by doing," where they conduct an in-depth sociological analysis of a topic of interest or an individual experience (personal, volunteer or employment). The analysis will bring together students' skills in sociological theory and research, offering insight into the topic or experience. Available only to students in Sociology programs. See teaching department for consent criteria.
