Team Work for Community Services

This course will introduce students to new frameworks for interdisciplinary collaboration in community service environments. Through hands-on, interactive learning, students will gain tools to innovate and transform teamwork processes. Students will engage with new strategies for efficient work planning, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, leadership and creative process. They will also be introduced to critical equity frameworks and strategies to support EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion) in the workplace.
