Diversity Issues for Children and Youth
This course examines child and youth care practice in a Canadian multicultural context. The literature on race and ethnic relations, including reports from government and service agencies, will be considered with a view to increasing the student's appreciation of multiculturalism as well to encourage an examination of the implications for child and youth care practice.
