Human Anatomy and Physiology I
The first of two courses designed to introduce the processes and systems of human anatomy and physiology. Topics
covered in this class include: Principles of homeostasis; anatomical terminology and tissue organization; skin and
integumentary system; skeletal system and joints; muscular system and function; nervous system cells and tissues;
nerve signalling; central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems; special sensory systems; and endocrine
system.
