Real Estate Investment Analysis
This second course in real estate finance extends the techniques learned in REM400 and applies them to the project development context. Students will learn how to evaluate whether a new real estate development or investment property purchase is appropriately profitable. In addition, students will be introduced to the advanced topics of mortgage-backed securities, real estate investment trusts and real estate portfolio analysis.
