FSN 402

In order to enhance the application of theory into practice, students are required to complete 400 hours of documented work experience between first and fourth year. The internship experience must be related to the fashion and communication industries. While fashion retail experience is acceptable for a maximum of 100 hours, the additional internship hours must be completed with a minimum of two different companies. Positions must be approved by an Internship Coordinator prior to starting an internship placement and students must process applicable forms within three months of work completion. Students register for FSN 402 Internship in the Winter semester prior to graduation. This course is graded on a pass/fail basis.
