Special Topics: Program Evaluation
This course will introduce students to the principles, concepts and vocabulary of program evaluation, with a focus on programs and services for children and youth. Major components of the course include needs assessments, program logic models, the trend toward evidence-based practice, common research approaches, review of current literature and ethical issues in evaluation research.
