Kyle Rubini

Kyle Rubini (he/him) is the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Specialist at Bridging Divides. In this role, Kyle develops EDI-centered training, events, and educational support for Bridging Divides researchers. Previously, Kyle has worked in various community-based and research-oriented roles within the non-profit and educational sectors. 

Kyle's specialized knowledge in social justice and EDI principles guides his work. He holds an Master's in Gender and Sexuality Studies from Western University and is currently a PhD candidate in Communication and Culture at Toronto Metropolitan University. His dissertation research examines the relationships between queerness, social change, and utopian fiction using arts-based methods.
