
Chris F. Wright
Chris F Wright (PhD, Cambridge) is an Associate Professor in the Discipline of Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney. His research expertise relates to labour immigration and comparative employment relations. His research on labour immigration has focused on the drivers of policy change, employers’ motivations for recruiting migrant workers, and migrant workers’ rights and representation. Chris has written over 90 journal articles and scholarly book chapters and edited 10 journal special issues and book volumes, including Protecting the Future of Work: New Institutional Arrangements for Safeguarding Labour Standards (Emerald, 2023) and International and Comparative Employment Relations: Global Crises and Institutional Responses (SAGE, 2021).
