Interior Design '90

Valerie Gow, co-founder of Gow Hastings Architect, has provided advice and mentorship, and adjudicated scholarships and awards for School of Interior Design students. She generously shares her industry expertise, inspiring students with stories of her career path, and she provides expertise as a portfolio and thesis project critic. Valerie is also a long-time volunteer in the Department of Architectural Science, acting as guest speaker at the high-profile Women in Architecture events, and as a mentor during mock interviews, portfolio reviews, studio reviews, and other outreach activities.
