Stephanie Veltmann

In her second year as a student, Ryerson Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, Stephanie Veltmann, led Ryerson to establish a Women’s Hockey team. She then took the team to its first championship. After graduation, she led the Women’s Hockey Alumni Association and provided advice and insight as a member of the university’s Athletics Advisory Council. Stephanie also joined the Board of Directors of the Ryerson University Alumni Association in 2011 where she served in various capacities for nine years, including director of shared interest groups, vice president and president.
