Shafiq Shamji

Shafiq Shamji is the principal cloud security architect at Scotiabank and a recognized expert in the field of cybersecurity. At Ryerson, he currently serves as vice chair of the Ted Rogers School of Management’s Dean’s Advisory Council and volunteers his time by providing academic leadership and advice related to cybersecurity programming, leading fundraising efforts through Dean’s Circle, and being a key contact to the Ismaili community.  In addition to his volunteer work at the Ted Rogers School, Shafiq also provided strategic insight and advocacy in the development of the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst.
