Alumna Roxana Bayat launched her successful career by studying computer science at TMU. Today, she is Sr. Director, QEX and Developer Productivity at RBC. Passionate about contributing to the personal and professional growth of science students, she has been a valued member of the Faculty of Science Mentorship Program since 2022. Having navigated the challenges of establishing her career in a male-dominated field, Roxana is committed to supporting and empowering women to embark on their career paths with confidence.
