Natasha Henry

Natasha Henry was a member of the university’s Standing Strong (Mash Koh Wee Kah Pooh Win) Task Force and met with the group online for over 50 hours from January through August 2021. Natasha particularly shared her wealth of knowledge of the histories of Black people in Ontario and their schooling. Together, the members shaped the Standing Strong Task Force Report and its 22 recommendations and established guiding principles for commemoration at the university.
