Serial entrepreneur Karla Stephens Tolstoy has held senior executive positions in both the private and public sectors. Through her lifestyle brand, Stand Up Speak Up, Karla is inspiring conversations about difficult topics in order to identify solutions. Since 2015, Karla has played a key role in the Entrepreneurship and Strategy Advisory Council of the Ted Rogers School of Management to further develop the program and assist students with their career paths.
