David Martin spent years at TMU as a student, a professor, and a leader in higher education. In his retirement, he continues to contribute to the life of TMU, students and alumni. David was an inaugural member of the university’s alumni association, and spent years as Director of Awards and Nominations. Recognizing the importance of volunteerism, he was instrumental in developing the Outstanding Volunteer Award. It seems only fitting to honour him with this award.
