Guled Ali

Business Management '09

A breaker of barriers, the exceptional Guled Ali works tirelessly, and volunteers his time and expertise to empower equity-deserving, racialized students to fulfill their potential. He is Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Canada at Johnson & Johnson, and an alumnus of the Human Resources Management program at the Ted Rogers School of Management. Notably, in 2022, Guled engaged his team at Johnson & Johnson to support the inaugural and unique Reconciliation in Business Conference at TMU, which celebrated the resurgence of Indigenous peoples and worldviews in business.
