Alex Finlayson

Alex Finlayson’s interest in user experience (UX) began when he was a computer science student at TMU. Now a UX Engineer Lead at Google, he remains passionate about connecting with the TMU community. Alex has served as a mentor in the Faculty of Science Career Mentorship Program since its 2020 inception, and continues to invest in students as they explore new ways to build innovative experiences with technology. Alex also provides financial support to students through the Finlayson Innovation in User Experience Award.
