Alethia Cadore serves as a mentor and speaker in the Tri-Mentoring Program’s Race Forward and Career Mentoring initiatives. As a volunteer, she has been a strong advocate and supporter of Black-identified students, helping them in their personal and career journey, and she is always willing to provide feedback to support the growth of TMP's mentoring programs.
