A proud alumnus and Vice-President and Head LGBTQ2+ & Black Customer Segments at TD Bank Group, Al has a passion for advancing inclusiveness in the workplace and in his community. Al’s involvement at the university has been wide-ranging, with active roles in the alumni community and in giving back directly to the Ted Rogers School. A winner of the Ted Rogers School Alumni Trailblazer award, Al has spoken at several conferences, is an active member of the Dean’s Program Advisory Council, and has played an integral role in leading the design and implementation of an EDI-focused strategy for the university.
