Ms. Henderson is the recipient of Excellence in Teaching Award from the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the Nancy Sharp Cutting Edge Award from the American College of Nurse Practitioners.
I learned resilience and a deep appreciation of my classmates and faculty who helped me through the program and encouraged me to go to graduate school and become a lifelong learner.
