

Amorell Saunders N’Daw

A Partner in KBRS’s National Academic Search Practice and the firm’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Lead, Amorell uses her unique combination of corporate communications, governance, and EDI skills and experience to assist organizations in the search and recruitment process. Amorell also provides EDI counsel and training to organizational leaders. She served as a member of the University’s Standing Strong Task Force and is a recipient of the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award. The Amorell Saunders N’Daw Award for Equity Leadership was recently established at The Creative School, giving promising Black and equity-deserving students additional support to realize their potential.
I’m working to help break down the barriers to access so that people like my three young male sons can enter spaces where they feel that they can be their authentic selves and enjoy all the types of freedoms and privileges that come with being a first-generation Canadian.
